Digital Platform Development Team

We are looking for interns to serve on our International Digital Product Management (DPM) team. Digital Product Management interns will be part of the DPM team that is charged with executing on all aspects of Digital Product Management including the definition, creation, development and implementation of our new Immersive Learning Platform and Experiences. DPM interns are exposed to and communicates with all areas of the company.  This extends from increasing the usability and effectiveness of existing products to supporting the development new educational products and services for the company.  It is a 40-hour commitment per month initially and a ground-floor opportunity to help build something that will revolutionize learning, connect students from across the globe, and make a quality education available to all students regardless of where they live.


Drive product strategy formation including market analysis, product concept development, and go to market design. This role will be responsible for driving the conversation and will be making presentations of these strategies to the executive team

  • Spend time in the market to understand common primary problems, and help find innovative solutions for our primary stakeholders.

  • You may also serve as the internal and external evangelist for our product offering.

  • Participate in Company Wide Professional Development initiatives

  • Lead efforts on competitive analysis that details our competitor’s marketing, sales and product strategies •

  • Create data driven models and analytical approaches to determine business performance, growth and emerging opportunities •

  • Develop product requirements documents that meet customer and strategic requirements while providing clear direction to the development teams •

  • Lead cross functional team of engineers, sales, operations, marketing and other stakeholders from business units to develop, implement and drive product line success •

  • Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and the go-to-market organization to help them understand the vision, roadmap and best practices.

  • Work with CTO and top executives to define product release requirements and assist in project management

  • Ability to translate technology features into business benefits

  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities and thrive in a fast paced environment

  • Strong leader, self-starter and proven team player in a high achievement-oriented environment

  • Excellent presentation and customer facing skills

  • College Senior, MBA or currently pursuing MBA

  • Experience in designing, developing, and building collaborative or social web technologies, either in the consumer or enterprise space.

  • Ability to work equally well with business development, product marketing, program management, sales operations, support, and engineering to drive successful product releases


Our internships are focused on education development, 21st-century skill mastery, leadership development, and analytical thinking. Additional skills include:

  • Vision/Strategy/Roadmap

    • Digital platform research, evaluate, and design

    • Defining overall strategy and prioritized roadmap.

    • Defining and setting success criteria for product KPI’s.

    • Participate in rich discovery processes, including market opportunities, user/customer research and prototyping to identify, evaluate and define products and features that are valuable, usable and feasible.

  • Management/Coaching

    • Assist product teams in the integration and prioritization of product vision, business case and roadmap work products.

    • Working with cross-functional teams and efforts focused on establishing 24/7 Teach in the space and creating an entirely new product/service lines.

    • Project Management and Tracking

  • Problem Solving: Ability to develop multiple solutions to the same problem and identify the failure mechanisms associated with each.


24/7 Teach Interns are challenged to add value to projects and are encouraged to take risks, and think outside of the box. We invest in our interns by providing them with clear direction and leadership for a robust and rewarding experience. Our Interns do not serve as assistants, work on projects that directly generate revenue for the organization, and do not displace regular employees.
