Organizational Standards - our foundation:

1.    Deadlines:  Give a 6 hour notice if you can’t meet a deadline.

2.  Communication: Return communicates within 12 hours.

3.  Team: Everyone owning the results of the team.

4.   Time: Honor the other people’s time, be prepared!

5.  Fun:  Have fun and make sure you are taking care of yourself.

6.  Value:  Add Value to yourself, the organization, and others.


Accountability Standards:

We need everyone to take ownership and be accountable to each other, we are instituting the following rule to ensure the team is fully committed.

You have “three strikes” prior to termination, with warnings/corrective measure implemented as following:

  1. First strike: verbal warning followed-up with written acknowledgment;

  2. Second strike: formal written warning;

  3. Third strike: probation to begin with mentor assigned.

If accountability and performance are not improved after the agreed-upon probationary period, employee will be terminated.

Both parties will work together at each stage to try and correct the issue since we all want everyone to succeed. Employees are encouraged to ask for help if they feel they are not able to perform.

  • Required Attendance:  All Team members 
  • Purpose:  Team building, Professional development, Discussion of corporate vision, Provide latest updates of corporate projects

Leadership Team Meetings:  Scheduled Second and Fourth Sundays, 9 pm to 10:15 pm, EST

  • Required Attendance:  Leadership Team members (All others are welcome to attend)
  • Purpose:  Leadership team development, receive latest updates and status of corporate projects
  • Where: General Meeting Conference Line: 646-844-9133

Executive Team Meetings: Scheduled Third and Fifth Sundays, 9pm to 10:15 pm, EST

  • Required Attendance: Executive Team members (All others are welcome to attend)
  • Purpose:  Executive team development, discuss and develop organizational strategy, receive latest updates and status of corporate projects
  • Where: General Meeting Conference Line: 646-844-9133

Three Day Weekends:  

Sunday meetings are moved to the following Tuesday and start at the same time for Three day Weekends.  Please plan accordingly.
