School Design Internship


We are looking for interns to serve on our School Design team who share our passion for school development, education policy, technology, and entrepreneurship. It is a 40-hour commitment per month initially and a ground-floor opportunity to help build something worthwhile.


1. Influence and support the development of  24/7 Teach's school design strategy and education policy, 
2. Support our school design team and promote the development of the school of the future
3. Support and influence different projects that promote quality instruction and assessment
4. Build relationships with specific partners at all levels -- from interns to academic and administrative leadership
5. Participate in Company Wide Professional Development initiatives


  • Interest in Education Policy and innovation
  • Experience with MS Office, LMS, instructional technology
  • Academic training, degree with a focus in instructional content areas, education, education technology
  • At least 1 year of experience in education field
  • Bachelor’s degree or proof of current enrollment required
  • Proven client relationship or entrepreneurial skills
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proven ability to set priorities and manage expectations, time management
  • Comfort with ambiguity and proactive approach to problem-solving
  • A positive, team player who can roll up their sleeves and wear multiple hats in a startup environment
  • Interest in education policy, educational technologies, innovative business models, and digitization of education a plus
  • Ability to produce and progress an agenda autonomously, without frequent direction or check-ins


  • Outgoing and enthusiastic personality
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Self-starter, ability to work well with others or independently
  • Knowledge of Google for work suite, Microsoft office suite
  • Detail-oriented person
  • Bachelor’s degree or proof of current enrollment required.


Our internships are focused on education development, 21st-century skill mastery, leadership development, and analytical thinking.   Interns are challenged to add value to projects and are encouraged to take risks, and think outside of the box.   Our interns do not serve as assistants, work on projects that directly generate revenue for the organization, and do not displace regular employees.
