About 24/7 Teach

An education organization that refuses to stop short.

We exist because the line between learning and doing is where most education and training quietly breaks. We close that line, for teens, adults, and the organizations that shape their futures.

FoundedSo learners learn by doing, gain real experience, and change their world.

Learn, Create, and Change the World.
The mission, in five words.

A college student walks into a graduate-level project meeting with a problem from his college neighborhood: the local supermarket is closing, and people who depend on it for food and work are about to lose both. He proposes the project around saving it.

The professor dismisses the idea. Too small. Too local. Too unglamorous for a real capstone.

That moment (a serious, economically grounded learning project being waved off because it didn't look academic enough) is the moment 24/7 Teach was born. Not in a conference room. In a frustration: that the education system around us routinely separates learning from the actual conditions of people's lives.

We built 24/7 Teach to be the place that doesn't make that separation. Where learning starts with a real problem, ends with a real outcome, and is judged by its impact on a community.

But doing that well taught us something we didn't expect: quality education isn't a single course, a bootcamp, or a tutoring session. It's an ecosystem. Moving a learner from where they are to where they want to be takes connected services and resources working together: coaching, real projects, career preparation, AI-powered tools, and the organizations that hire and serve them. So that's what we built: not a catalog of programs, but one connected system, held together by a single learning model and the same mission we started with.

Watch the origin story, told visually. The dismissed project, the frustration behind it, and the model we built in response.

Who's behind this

The team that lived the problem.

The college student in that story didn't build 24/7 Teach alone. It's run by educators and builders: principals, coaches, curriculum designers, and engineers who came up through classrooms and schools first.

Mission

Why we exist.

To develop the systems and technology that allow the best teachers to serve the most students, increasing access to effective and equitable education and training for all.

In practice

What we do every day.

Build hands-on education, training, coaching, and AI-powered tools that turn teens and adults into Superstars, and equip the organizations that serve them to do the same.

Vision

What we're building toward.

A world where every learner has a clear, dignified path from where they are to who they want to be, and where economic mobility is a feature of education, not an afterthought.

Operating principle

Human Led. AI Facilitated.

Humans stay in charge of judgment, craft, and accountability. AI accelerates the workflow around them. We won't ship a tool that breaks that order.

Our learning model

Learn. Do. Be.

Three principles. Seven steps. None of them skippable. This is the Success Driven Activity Design Framework™: how every program we run is shaped, from a teen bootcamp to a workforce engagement.

1.Learn

Frameworks before forms.

Most education stops here: the part that's easy to grade. We start here, but we don't stay. Learners get the fundamentals, the language, the mental model. Tuned to where they actually are. Then we move.

2.Do

Practice on a real problem.

The part most education skips. Every Superstar produces something: a portfolio piece, a prototype, a workflow, a deployed tool. It survives contact with the world. Or it gets revised until it does.

3.Be

Embody the profession.

The shift from "studying it" to "being it." Learners stop sounding like students and start sounding like the role: the language, the instincts, the judgment calls. The work starts to look professional, because the person making it is.

4.Create Value

Make it useful to someone else.

Producing isn't enough. The output has to land: solve a problem, save time, move a number, change a decision. We don't ship work that only matters inside the cohort.

5.Reflect & Evaluate

Honest look at what happened.

The point most programs skip. What worked, what didn't, what surprised you, what you'd cut. Feedback from peers, mentors, and the real-world recipient, not a rubric.

6.Review & Improve

Make the next pass better.

Reflection without revision is theater. Learners take the feedback and ship a v2, sharper, faster, closer to the standard. The loop only counts if something changes.

7.Teach & Lead

Become the next mentor and leader, and create scale.

The part most education forgets. Learners turn around to teach and lead the cohort behind them, mentoring, guiding, and setting the standard for what comes next. The system becomes self-sustaining, and the learner proves mastery by being able to transfer it. Then the cycle restarts, sharper than before.

Philosophy

There is no true learning without an economic pursuit.

Education that doesn't connect to a learner's economic life isn't neutral: it's a quiet kind of neglect. We built 24/7 Teach as the answer.

The principle behind every program we run.

What we stand for

Nine values. Non-negotiable.

A list we'd rather lose a deal over than soften.

01

Mission first

We make decisions in service of learners' lives, not our margins.

02

Learning by doing

No program ends without something built, shipped, or placed.

03

Dignity in education

We design for the learner in front of us, not the average on a spreadsheet.

04

Honest measurement

Dollars saved, hours returned, placements made. Not attendance. Not NPS.

05

Human Led, AI Facilitated

Judgment stays with people. AI accelerates the workflow around them.

06

Co-design, not delivery

We build with our partners, not for them. Then we hand it back.

07

Plan our own exit

Success means you don't need us anymore. Every engagement ends.

08

Economic seriousness

Real learning is tied to real economic pursuit. We refuse to pretend otherwise.

09

Superstars, not students

The people we serve are protagonists, not seats. We name them that way.

Where Superstars go next

Hundreds of teens and adults. Real placements.
