Our promise is simple.
We coach you until you are working, and we keep showing up for you after you are hired.
For over ten years, 24/7 Teach has worked alongside passionate adult learners to launch and grow fulfilling careers. We have learned exactly what it takes on our side to prepare you, and what it takes on your side to run a successful search. This page sets out three things in plain language:
Defined Terms
These terms are used throughout this page.
Qualifying Program. A paid Service that includes Career Coaching, a Money-Back Guarantee, a Time-Back Guarantee, or a combination of them. Each product page states which applies. Our advanced career training bootcamps, including the Instructional Design Bootcamp, are Money-Back Guarantee Qualifying Programs. The AI Fluency programs include Career Coaching. They carry the Time-Back Guarantee described in Section 4 only at the tiers named in the Time-Back Qualifying Program definition immediately below. AI Fluency tiers not named there carry Career Coaching alone and no refund guarantee. No AI Fluency program carries the Money-Back Guarantee. Free courses and internships, including Superstar Programs, include none of them.
Time-Back Qualifying Program. A paid Service that carries the Time-Back Guarantee described in Section 4. These are: AI Fluency for Professionals at the Advanced tier, and AI Fluency for Educators and Admin at the Train-the-Trainer Certified tier, including each designated Train-the-Trainer Certified seat purchased inside a school or network package. No other tier or Service carries the Time-Back Guarantee.
Measurement Period. The ninety days beginning the day after your cohort’s scheduled completion date, or the day after your actual completion date if you finished under a schedule adjustment we approved in writing.
Reclaimed Hours. Work time saved across your three deployed workflows during the Measurement Period, calculated from the before-and-after data you submit. For each workflow: the baseline time the task took before you deployed it, less the time it takes after, multiplied by the number of times you ran it during the Measurement Period. Reclaimed Hours are counted across all three workflows together, not per workflow.
Successful Completion (Learner Verified). You have successfully completed a bootcamp, and are recognized as “24/7 Learner Verified,” when you have:
- Attended at least two live learning sessions per week within your program;
- Passed all assessments with a score of 85% or higher;
- Completed at least 95% of all assignments;
- Published three thought-leadership posts within your program; and
- Passed the final verification project.
You may attempt the final verification as many times as you need. There is one completion standard, and it is the list above. No other score threshold applies.
Qualifying Job Offer. An offer of a paid position that is:
- A role as an employee, apprentice, intern, or independent contractor;
- Paid, including in cash;
- An average of 30 hours per week or more, or multiple part-time offers that together average 30 hours per week or more; and
- At least 16 weeks in duration.
An offer that meets these criteria counts as a Qualifying Job Offer when you receive it, whether or not it is contingent on a background check, drug test, or other condition.
Job-Seeking Start Date. The date you begin your active job search. This date can be no later than 90 days after Successful Completion. If you have not begun an active search within 90 days of completion, we may treat you as not job-seeking.
1. Career Coaching Commitment
While you are in a Career Coaching Qualifying Program, you work with a dedicated Career Mentor. At a minimum, Career Coaching includes:
- A designated Career Mentor reachable by phone, video, chat, and email to review and discuss your search;
- Check-in meetings with your Career Mentor at least every two weeks;
- At least one review of your résumé and LinkedIn profile;
- At least one mock cultural interview and one mock technical interview; and
- Opportunities to network with our employer partners, where available and relevant.
Support we offer after you are hired. Landing the offer is not where our relationship ends. Because we care about our learners’ long-term success, we offer group alumni coaching after you are hired, to help you settle into the role, perform at a high level, and build toward your next promotion. This is something we offer, not part of the Money-Back Guarantee and not a guaranteed benefit. We provide it at our discretion and may change or discontinue it over time. Your guaranteed one-on-one coaching applies during your job search, and not after you accept a role.
Upgrading into Career Coaching. If you are enrolled in a paid Service that does not include Career Coaching, you may upgrade to one that does, by paying the price difference for the months you were enrolled, net of any discounts and scholarships.
2. Money-Back Guarantee
The promise. If you complete a Money-Back Guarantee Qualifying Program, meet the reasonable search commitments in Section 3, and do not receive a Qualifying Job Offer within twelve months of your Job-Seeking Start Date, you are eligible for a full tuition waiver.
What we guarantee, stated plainly. Our guarantee is that you will receive a Qualifying Job Offer. Whether you accept it is your decision and the market’s, and that is not something we control. Receiving a Qualifying Job Offer means we have delivered what we promised, and your eligibility for the Money-Back Guarantee ends at that point, whether or not you take the role. We state this clearly here so there are no surprises later.
Ongoing support. As long as you keep engaging in your search, stay in communication, and meet the program’s expectations, we keep working with you. The guarantee is not a clock that runs out on our effort. It is our commitment to stay in it with you.
How a waiver is paid.
- For tuition that remains unpaid under a Deferred Payment Plan, your remaining repayment obligation is cancelled.
- For tuition you have already paid, whether in full or under a Deferred Payment Plan, a refund is issued, typically within 30 days of an approved request, or within 30 days of our receipt of any additional verification we request.
This is longer than the 15 business days we take on a cancellation refund under our Refund Policy, because a guarantee claim is a different process: it requires verifying your completion and placement record, and it may involve a Deferred Payment Plan or an outside lender. A cancellation inside your 14-day window has nothing to verify, so it moves faster.
The tuition waiver does not cover fees or penalties owed under your Deferred Payment Plan. Any refund is first applied to outstanding fees and penalties, with the balance returned to you.
If you financed the program through a third-party lender, the waiver covers principal only. It does not waive or refund interest, fees, or other non-principal payments to the lender or its assignee. Any refund is first applied to amounts owing on the loan, with the balance returned to you.
Requesting a waiver. Email admissions@247teach.org no later than 365 days after your Job-Seeking Start Date with your full name and contact information, and a statement certifying that you completed the Qualifying Program, met the search commitments, did not receive a Qualifying Job Offer within the twelve-month window, and believe you are entitled to a full tuition waiver. We may request reasonable additional verification, which you should provide within five business days.
When eligibility ends. Your Money-Back Guarantee eligibility ends on the earliest of:
- Your receipt of a Qualifying Job Offer;
- The end of the twelve-month window, at which point you request your waiver; or
- Our termination of your eligibility for failure to meet the search commitments in Section 3, after we have notified you in writing and given you a reasonable opportunity to cure.
Consistent with the promise stated above, your eligibility ends when you receive a Qualifying Job Offer, not only when you accept one. We do not control the wage or fit of any individual offer. Our commitment is to get you to a real, qualifying one, and once you have it, that commitment is met.
After a waiver is paid, the Money-Back Guarantee for that program is satisfied and closed. Closing the guarantee does not affect the group alumni coaching we offer as described in Section 1.
3. Your Commitment
A guarantee works because both sides do their part. To keep your Money-Back Guarantee eligibility during the twelve months after your Job-Seeking Start Date, we ask you to run a genuine, active search and to meet these core commitments:
- Be eligible to work. Be 18 or older, legally authorized to work, and proficient in spoken and written English.
- Be reachable. Respond to the Career Services team within three business days, allowing for reasonable unforeseen circumstances.
- Show up. Complete two mock interviews, and be available for at least one interview per week when invited.
- Keep a record. Each week, update your job-search tracking tool with a short written summary of your activity. This log is how we verify the search, so keep it current and back it up.
- Pursue real opportunities. Each week, contact at least three specific people at prospective employers in your field, and record that you did. Sending the outreach is what counts. Whether anyone replies is not in your control, and we do not hold it against you. Also submit any application-related projects on time, or within five business days if no date is given.
- Stay visible. Post a professional or thought-leadership update on LinkedIn at least once every two weeks, on a public profile we can verify. This keeps you in front of recruiters and your network while you search.
- Tell us about offers. Email your Career Mentor within one business day of receiving any job offer, with the date, the employer’s name and address, and the title and compensation.
- Be willing to take the work. Be willing to work in person in the United States within a reasonable commute of your search location, or remotely from within the United States or a country of your choosing.
- Be genuinely searching. The guarantee supports an active search. Keeping your current job while you search is fine and does not affect your eligibility. What matters is that the search itself is real, and the weekly commitments above are how we verify it.
Going further (recommended). Beyond the bi-weekly LinkedIn update above, we encourage longer-form thought-leadership posts during your search. They build your portfolio and visibility, and we will coach you on them. Posts beyond the required cadence are encouraged, not a condition of your guarantee.
It is your responsibility to keep records of your search activity. We may ask for proof of compliance at any point during the twelve-month window. If we have a concern, we will tell you in writing and give you a fair chance to address it before any eligibility decision.
4. Time-Back Guarantee
The promise. If you complete a Time-Back Qualifying Program, meet the commitments in this section, and have not reached 100 Reclaimed Hours by the end of your Measurement Period, you are eligible for a full refund of the tuition you paid for that tier. Sustained across ninety days, 100 hours is roughly five to ten hours a week.
What we guarantee, stated plainly. We guarantee the time, not the outcome you spend it on. The three workflows you build are deployed in your actual job, and the guarantee is that they give you back at least 100 hours of work time in the ninety days after you finish. We do not guarantee a promotion, a raise, a new role, or any particular result from that time. We state this clearly here so there are no surprises later.
Your commitments — AI Fluency for Professionals, Advanced tier.
- Complete the Advanced track by your cohort’s scheduled completion date, or by the end of a schedule adjustment we approved in writing;
- Attend every live session, or complete its async equivalent in the same week;
- Deploy all three workflows in your actual job;
- Submit all three workflow milestones with documented before-and-after time data; and
- Onboard one colleague at your company.
Your commitments — AI Fluency for Educators and Admin, Train-the-Trainer Certified.
- Attend every weekly live session, or complete its async equivalent in the same week;
- Submit all three workflow milestones with documented before-and-after time data;
- Apply the FERPA-aware governance framework at your school, in writing; and
- Complete the train-the-trainer milestone by onboarding one colleague.
Keeping the record. Your before-and-after data is how the guarantee is measured, so keep it as you go rather than reconstructing it at the end. Record, for each workflow, what the task took before you deployed it, what it takes now, and how often you run it. We give you the log format during the program. If your figures are incomplete we will tell you what is missing and give you a fair chance to supply it before any eligibility decision.
School and network packages. For a school or network package, the Time-Back Guarantee applies per designated Train-the-Trainer Certified seat. If a designated trainer meets the commitments above and does not reach 100 Reclaimed Hours, that seat’s pro-rated value is refunded to whoever paid for it. A shortfall on one seat does not affect the other seats in the package.
Requesting a refund. Email admissions@247teach.org no later than thirty days after the end of your Measurement Period, with your full name and contact information, your completed time-reclamation log, and a statement certifying that you met the commitments above and did not reach 100 Reclaimed Hours. We may request reasonable additional verification, which you should provide within five business days.
How a refund is paid. Refunds are issued to whoever paid the tuition. If your employer or school paid, the refund goes to them, not to you. A refund is typically issued within thirty days of an approved request, or within thirty days of our receipt of any additional verification we request. Any refund is first applied to outstanding fees and penalties, with the balance returned to the payer. If the tuition was financed through a third-party lender, the refund covers principal only, and does not waive or refund interest, fees, or other non-principal payments.
When eligibility ends. Your Time-Back Guarantee eligibility ends on the earliest of:
- Payment of a refund under this section;
- Thirty days after the end of your Measurement Period, if you have not requested a refund; or
- Our termination of your eligibility for failure to meet the commitments in this section, after we have notified you in writing and given you a reasonable opportunity to cure.
Reaching 100 Reclaimed Hours means we have delivered what we promised, and the guarantee is satisfied and closed at that point. Closing the guarantee does not affect any Career Coaching described in Section 1.
Program Pause
Students in an advanced career training bootcamp may pause their participation once, after the seven-day trial period, for up to three months total.
To pause or resume, notify us in writing with two business days’ notice. We will grant or, where applicable, deny the request within those two business days, and we do not make retroactive adjustments for a pause.
While paused, you will not have access to learning resources and projects. If you are on the Monthly Plan, you will not owe monthly payments that come due during the pause, up to three monthly payments.
If you financed your program with a loan, a pause does not change your obligations to the lender during the pause period.
This policy applies only to the advanced career training bootcamp programs.
General
If you materially violate these Terms, we may end your participation in any paid Service, and you would forfeit eligibility for Career Coaching and the Money-Back Guarantee under that Service. We will act reasonably and in good faith, and where the issue can be fixed, we will tell you and give you a chance to fix it first.
Nothing here creates a fiduciary relationship, partnership, or joint venture between you and 24/7 Teach.
