1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing and using Naomi, the AI-powered guidance counselor and career coach provided by 24/7 Teach AI ("Company"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Agreement"). If you do not agree to the terms, you must not use the services. 2. Description of Services Naomi provides AI-powered guidance and career coaching services, including but not limited to, personalized career advice, educational guidance, and professional development resources. The services are subject to change at the Company’s discretion. 3. User Obligations Users must provide accurate and current information when using Naomi. Users agree to use Naomi only for lawful purposes and in accordance with this Agreement. Users must not misuse or attempt to exploit Naomi for any unauthorized or illegal activities. 4. Intellectual Property Rights All content provided by Naomi, including but not limited to, text, graphics, and software, is the property of the Company or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Users are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use Naomi in accordance with these terms. 5. Privacy The Company respects the privacy of its users. Please refer to the Privacy Policy, which explains how user information is collected, used, and disclosed. 6. Limitation of Liability The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of Naomi. Naomi is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied. 7. Indemnification Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claim or demand made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of Naomi. 8. Modification of Terms The Company reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Users are encouraged to review the terms periodically for changes. 9. Governing Law This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company is headquartered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. 10. Termination The Company reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to Naomi for any user who violates this Agreement. 12. Miscellaneous If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will be in full effect. Failure by the Company to enforce any right or provision of this Agreement will not be considered a waiver of those rights. By using Naomi, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
