You’ve completed the introductory course on Real Estate Investment, and now you’re ready to show what you know!

Lesson 12: Final Project

It’s time to show what you know! Are you ready?
Final Project Summary
Investment Portfolio
First, you will create a real estate investment portfolio. You can research different properties in your local area or a chosen market and evaluate their potential for investment.
You should consider factors such as location, property type, price, rental income, and potential for appreciation. You’ll submit your portfolio and explain your reasoning for selecting each property.
2. Market Analysis

Next, you’ll conduct an in-depth analysis of the real estate market in your local area. You should research trends, supply and demand, historical pricing data, and factors affecting the market.
Based on your analysis, you can make predictions about the future of the market and offer advice on potential investment strategies.
Please put both your Investment Portfolio and Market Analysis together into a Google Slides Presentation and submit below!
Post-Assessment
Now that you’ve completed the workshop, please re-assess yourself on your experience with Real Estate Investing. This is strictly for self-reflection purposes.
