You will collaborate and problem-solve within an instructional design team to:

• Conduct learner analysis.

• Develop learning goals, objectives, and lesson scenarios.

• Design storyboards.

• Formulate assessments and discussion questions.

• Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).

• Utilize various Instructional Design authoring tools.

• Work with a Learning Management System (LMS).

• Create a compelling portfolio showcasing real projects used by actual learners.

You will engage in compelling discussions and work on three engaging assignments per week that include:

• A Reading and Discussion Assignment – advancing your critical thinking in instructional design and inspiring rigorous dialogue.

• A Course Assignment – fostering flexible learning and encouraging participation in community discussions.

• An On-the-Job Project – applying knowledge in authentic work situations to gain the instructional design experience sought by top organizations.

The Essentials Group Program:

• 6 hours per week (approximate time—actual time depends on your efficiency).

• Unlimited access to 3 weekly group sessions.

• 3 hours of asynchronous assignments per week (completed individually on your own time).

The Elevate Individual Program:

• 7 hours per week (approximate time—actual time depends on your efficiency).

• 12 live 1:1 mentorship sessions (flexible scheduling available) and unlimited access to 3 weekly group sessions.

• 3 hours of asynchronous assignments per week (completed individually on your own time).

5 or 10-Month Advanced Program:

• 20-35 hours per week (5-month program).

• 10-12 hours per week (10-month program).

• 40 live 1:1 sessions (flexible scheduling available) and unlimited access to 3 weekly group sessions.

• 5 hours of asynchronous assignments per week (completed individually on your own time).

• Internship—time requirements based on your assigned projects, starting in Week 17.

• 10 career coaching sessions, starting in Week 17.

• 7 portfolio and resume development sessions, starting in Week 17.
