You recently signed up to be an ambassador with 24/7 Teach because you’ve heard about affiliate marketing and you know it can be incredibly lucrative. You have a job, but you want to explore affiliate marketing for some side income– especially since you’ve heard it only takes a few hours a day. 

In the previous lesson, you analyzed ways to stay consistent and effective in your marketing. Now we will take a look at some support systems where you can find solutions to your problems facing while promoting 24/7 Teach.

Your objective for today is:

Discover ways to get support and troubleshoot problems when things go wrong.

Lesson 11: Getting Support

11.1) 24/7 Teach support

When you are newly appointed as an affiliate marketer for 24/7 Teach there can be situations when you can feel lost. But you do not worry because you have been provided with all the resources where you can ask any question which is causing trouble. These resources are given below:

24/7 ambassadors: This group is specially made for the 24/7 Teach ambassadors where you can ask any question and get the answer from experts in this organization. Below are some instructions given that you can follow to join this group.

  • Login to 247teach.org on your phone with your 24/7 Teach credentials.

  • Click on the 3 lines on the upper right corner and then click on more info.

  • Click on log in and sign in with your 24/7 Teach email ID and password.

  • After log In click on the search button and search 24/7 ambassadors. Here you can join this group.

After following the above given steps you can find and join the 24/7 ambassadors group.

24/7 email: 24/7 Teach provides you an email id where you can get help regarding affiliate marketing. The email id is written below.

11.2) Troubleshooting

Troubleshooting is the process of identifying and resolving problems or issues that occur in various systems, devices, software, or processes. It involves systematic investigation, analysis, and diagnosis of the problem to determine its root cause and find appropriate solutions.

As an affiliate marketer, you are responsible for promoting products or services on behalf of 24/7 Teach, and your success depends on your ability to drive traffic and generate sales. It is possible that you may feel lost and confused while playing a role as an ambassador for 24/7 Teach. But you do not need to worry about that because in this lesson you will learn about the problems that you can face and the possible ways to solve them.

Some of the common problems that you may encounter include low conversion rates, technical issues with tracking or links, issues with the product or service being promoted, or problems with the marketing platform or tools being used.

In this lesson, you will learn about how Google, Youtube, and Reddit can help you to solve these problems.

11.3) Google

Google offers various tools and resources that you can use to troubleshoot your problems and improve your performance. Here are some ways Google can be used for this purpose:

Google Search Console: Google Search Console is a free tool that helps website owners monitor and maintain their site's presence in Google search results. you can use this tool to identify any issues that may be affecting your website's search performance, such as indexing problems, broken links, or crawl errors.

Google Analytics: Google Analytics is a powerful web analytics tool that provides detailed insights into website traffic and user behavior. You can use this tool to track your website's performance, including traffic sources, conversion rates, and user behavior. By analyzing this data, you can identify areas for improvement and optimize your website accordingly.

Google Keyword Planner: Google Keyword Planner is a free tool that can help you to identify relevant keywords and phrases for your website or blog. By researching and targeting the right keywords, you can increase your  website's visibility in search results and drive more targeted traffic to your site.

Google Trends: Google Trends is a tool that shows how often a particular search term is entered relative to the total search volume across various regions and languages. You can use this tool to identify trending topics and keywords related to your niche and create content that resonates with your audience.

Google AdWords: Google AdWords is a powerful advertising platform that allows you to create and run targeted ads on which you can drive more traffic to your site and increase your chances of generating sales and revenue.

By leveraging these tools effectively, you can drive more targeted traffic to your site, increase your visibility in search results, and ultimately generate more sales and revenue.

11.3) YouTube

Below are some of the resources that YouTube has which can help you to troubleshoot:

1. Tutorials: YouTube is a great platform for finding tutorials on almost any topic. You can use YouTube tutorials to learn new skills, troubleshoot technical issues, or get tips on how to improve your  performance in affiliate marketing.

2. Webinars: Many companies and individuals offer webinars on YouTube, which can provide valuable insights into specific topics related to affiliate marketing. Webinars can also be a great opportunity to ask questions and get advice from experts in the industry.

3. Case studies: You can use YouTube to search for case studies from other affiliate marketers to learn from their successes and failures. This can help identify strategies that have worked for others and avoid mistakes that may lead to poor performance.

4. Product reviews: YouTube is also an excellent platform for finding product reviews from other affiliate marketers. These reviews can provide insights into how a product works, its features and benefits, and potential issues that may affect its performance.

5. Community: YouTube has a large and active community of affiliate marketers who share their experiences, offer advice, and provide support to each other. You can join YouTube communities or groups to connect with other affiliates and troubleshoot issues collectively.

11.4) Reddit

What is Reddit?

Reddit is a social news and discussion website where users can submit, vote, and comment on content. The website is organized into thousands of subreddits, which are individual communities centered around specific topics or interests. Users can join subreddits that interest them, and can post content or comments related to the topic. Other users can then vote on the content, either upvoting or downvoting it based on whether they find it interesting or valuable. The content that receives the most upvotes rises to the top of the subreddit or the main page, and can be seen by a wider audience.

Reddit can be a helpful resource for you to troubleshoot your problems in several ways:

1. Discussion forums: Reddit has many discussion forums, also known as subreddits, dedicated to affiliate marketing. These subreddits are a great place to ask questions and get advice from other affiliate marketers who may have experienced similar issues or challenges.

2. Feedback on landing pages: You can use Reddit to get feedback on your landing pages by  posting a link to your  landing page on a relevant subreddit and asking for feedback from other users. This feedback can help identify any issues with the landing page that may be affecting performance.

3. Case studies: Reddit is also a great resource for finding case studies from other affiliate marketers. These case studies can provide valuable insights into specific strategies that have worked for others and can help you to  identify potential issues that may be affecting your performance.

4. Networking: Reddit is an excellent platform for networking with other affiliate marketers. By joining relevant subreddits, you can connect with others in the affiliate marketing industry, share your experiences, and learn from others.

By using Reddit effectively, you can access a wealth of information, insights, and support that can help you achieve consistent success in your promotional efforts.
