24/7 Teach — Mission-driven education. Human Led, AI Facilitated.
Real Estate Investing for Teens (Ages 15–18, 13 and 14 welcome)
Your teen will make a real investment decision, and show you the work. Your teen picks a real property in your town, runs the numbers, and presents a written plan to you. It is work they can show on a college application. You don’t teach a thing. We do.
There are two ways to take it. The self-paced course is one payment of $499, and the first two lessons are free. The live online program adds working investors as mentors, from $995.

Why families pick us
The high-quality real estate education you don’t have time to teach.
- Hands-on learning. Real listings, real spreadsheets, real deal books, not videos and quizzes.
- Expert mentorship. Working investors with active portfolios mentor your teen through every project.
- Real-world application. How real estate builds wealth in any market: boom, bust, or boring.
- Flexible schedule. Live on Saturdays, or rewatched any time. Fits around school, sports, and SAT prep.
- Outcome-focused. Financial literacy and investment skills your teen will compound for the next 70 years.
What your teen walks away with
- The owner’s mindset. Your teen stops asking “what should I buy?” and starts asking “what should I own?”
- Confidence with money. Underwriting, financing, credit, and contracts — the conversations most adults still avoid.
- A real portfolio. A complete deal book on a real local property — the kind of artifact that opens doors to colleges and internships.
- A certificate of completion from 24/7 Teach.
- Discounted access to college counseling through our College and Career Readiness program.
- Free e-book: Teen Social Skills 101.
What your teen will learn
- Underwriting and deal math — cap rate, cash-on-cash, NOI, DSCR.
- Deal sourcing — reading a market, pulling comps, finding off-market deals.
- Financing and credit — mortgages, DSCR loans, seller financing, partnerships.
- Property strategies — buy-and-hold, BRRRR, house-hacking, short-term rentals.
- Law and contracts — title, deeds, leases, LLCs.
- Tenant and marketing skills — listings, screening, communication.
- Market trend analysis — how to buy when others are scared.
- The investor’s mindset — patience, long horizons, ownership thinking.
- Networking and negotiation — broker, lender, contractor, seller conversations.
What a Saturday session looks like
Live with a mentor, working on their own deal. Live on Zoom · Saturdays · 60 minutes · 8 to 12 teens · 1 mentor and 1 facilitator · recorded.
Once a week, on Saturdays, for 60 minutes, your teen:
- Gets their questions answered by a mentor.
- Goes over the key real estate investing ideas from the course.
- Completes the next required step on their own investment opportunity.
Elevate and Advanced add 60-minute 1:1 sessions with a mentor: 12 on Elevate, 40 on Advanced.
The 10-week curriculum (plus 10-month Advanced track)
Essentials and Elevate run 10 weeks. Advanced extends through a 10-month apprenticeship with a working investor. The self-paced course covers the fundamentals in nine lessons: generational wealth, what investing is, starting before 18, mortgages, your team, leverage, financial modeling, ethics, and a final project on a property in your own town. See the nine lessons.
Weeks 1–2 · Foundations — generational wealth and the ownership mindset
Rockefeller vs. Vanderbilt. Productive vs. depleting assets. Why real estate is the wealth class of the last 100 years.
Weeks 3–4 · Markets — reading a real estate market
Residential, commercial, multifamily, short-term. Pulling comps, days on market, rent rolls. Working with a real agent.
Weeks 5–6 · The numbers — underwriting and financing
Cap rate, cash-on-cash, NOI, DSCR. Mortgages, DSCR loans, seller financing, partnerships. Building credit before 18.
Weeks 7–8 · Strategy and ops — strategies, contracts, tenants
Buy-and-hold, BRRRR, house-hack, Airbnb. Leases, LLCs, title basics. Tenant screening, marketing, property management.
Weeks 9–10 · Capstone — pitch and portfolio
Polish the deal book into a presentable investor packet. Live pitch to a panel of working real estate mentors. Graduation.
Months 3–10 · Advanced apprenticeship and paid internship
Placement with a working investor or brokerage. Real deal pipeline. 10 career-coaching sessions. Job-placement guarantee for eligible graduates.

Frequently asked questions
How is this different from a free YouTube real estate course?
Live mentorship from working investors (not a passive video), real-world projects on local properties your teen actually researches, and accountability — every milestone is reviewed, every cohort is 8–12 teens, every parent gets progress updates. We also stand behind every coached tier with a written money-back guarantee.
What age range is this for?
Built for teens 15 to 18. Teens of 13 and 14 are welcome too. Talk to admissions. We will tell you honestly if the live group or the self-paced course fits better. Adults 19 and over can join the Advanced tier only.
How much time per week will my teen need?
Essentials is 3–4 hours per week. Elevate is 5–7 hours per week with the added 1:1 sessions. Advanced is 8–12 hours per week over 10 months, scoped around school.
Will my teen follow through?
You can find out before you pay. The first two lessons are free, so you can see if your teen finishes them. In the self-paced course, a parent gets an email update after each lesson. In the live programs, a mentor reviews every milestone and you get progress updates. If it is not a fit, the refund rules are at /refund.
Will my teen actually buy property?
Almost no 16-year-old should. The bootcamp builds the skills, models, and mindset so when the time is right — at 18, 22, or 25 — they’re the most prepared first-time investor their lender has ever seen.
Who actually teaches the sessions?
Each cohort is co-led by a working real estate investor (the mentor) and a 24/7 Teach educator (the facilitator). Mentors have current portfolios.
What does the job or college placement guarantee cover?
Available on the 10-Month Advanced tier. Within 12 months of graduating, 100% of eligible career-track graduates either land a job in their new field, earn a college acceptance, or receive a full refund. Full terms in the enrollment agreement.
What if my teen tries it and it’s not a fit?
Your 14-day refund window opens on your cohort start date, not the day you enroll — cancel within it for a full refund (less a $200 non-refundable registration fee). After that, every coached tier still carries our Learn–Do–Be guarantee.
Can my teen do this alongside school, sports, and SAT prep?
Yes. Essentials and Elevate are designed for busy families. The live group session is once a week, on Saturdays. Every lesson is recorded.
Do you offer scholarships or financial aid?
Yes — limited need-based seats each cohort, plus sibling and group-of-three discounts.
