4.1 The Henry Ford Mentality
When 24/7 Teach’s founders started the organization, they wanted to create radical change in the education industry. They modeled their educational framework around one particular pioneer: Henry Ford.
An American industrialist, Henry Ford founded Ford Motor Company. His goal was to make automobiles affordable for average Americans. To reach this goal, he invented the assembly line. This process placed the car on a conveyor belt; when the car arrived at each station, the worker added their specific part. This resulted in less movement and saved time therefore increasing efficiency and enabling mass production.
At 24/7 Teach, we are driven to revolutionize education in the same way. Using innovative technology, tools, and strategies, 24/7 Teach is creating an education model for the future: high-quality, mass-produced courses, and affordable for all.
