6.1 Zoom Meeting Protocols
Good communication is key to a productive environment, especially with remote work. To connect and collaborate with team members, 24/7 Teach uses Zoom. As a new member, it’s crucial for you to understand how to use this tool effectively.
Before you read any further, please download the most recent version of Zoom to your computer.
During Zoom meetings, 24/7 Teach uses a four-step check-in and checkout process to build trust among team members.

6.3 Zoom Meetings
Group Meetings
At 24/7 Teach, there are three weekly Zoom meetings for every department team. (See graphic at right for details.)
Benefits of attendance include:
COLLABORATION Updating progress and addressing questions and concerns
TEAM BUILDING Strengthening member trust through commitment and reliability
FEEDBACK Giving and receiving advice to improve others’ work and hone your professional skills and confidence
Superstar Development and Mentorship Meetings
In addition to group meetings, many Superstars will meet once per week for a one-on-one with their team leader. An essential element of professional growth, these meetings provide Superstars with time to do the following:
Ask questions
Discuss interpersonal and work problems
Request feedback and guidance
NOTE: If you need to miss a meeting, inform your team leader at least one hour in advance.
