What does it take to be a pioneer? Think about Henry Ford and his team of visionaries who revolutionized the transportation industry.
Henry Ford was an American industrialist and the founder of Ford Motor Company. He revolutionized the manufacturing industry by implementing the assembly line production system, which significantly increased efficiency and reduced costs, making automobiles affordable for the masses.
Half of his team didn't believe it could happen, yet he was persistent and ultimately changed how the world moved.
At 24/7 Teach, we're on a mission to create the same type of innovation in the education industry. We're not content to be on the comfortable side of history; we want to be on the uncomfortable side that challenges the status quo and makes a difference. In order to achieve this goal, 24/7 Teach recognizes that the era of democratization of education has arrived, and in order to make education accessible, it must be mass-produced.
The best form of instruction is learning by doing, which is why 24/7 Teach aims to deliver project-based learning both on-site and online simultaneously. By doing so, learners are able to apply their knowledge in real-world settings, promoting deeper understanding and long-term retention of the material.
To achieve these objectives, 24/7 Teach recognizes that the method of production, delivery, and sales/marketing is a form of innovation. We are not trying to form a new form of education but rather democratize education and mass production. We aim to be the best at creating innovative and effective learning experiences that are accessible to the masses. By using the latest technologies, tools, and strategies employed by successful corporations, 24/7 Teach aims to increase the efficiency, effectiveness, and success of eLearning.
