5.1 Superstar Program
Our Superstar Program is designed to help you become an exceptional member of the 24/7 Teach team, using innovative tools and strategies to increase our offerings' efficiency, effectiveness, and success.
Your superstar experience begins today and ends in 90, 120, or 180 days from today, depending on your program.
5.2 Superstar Experience
What is a 24/7 Superstar?
As a 24/7 Superstar, you embody the company's core beliefs of identifying, developing, and promoting excellence in individuals and organizations. You are committed to experiential learning and strive to create value with the knowledge you gain.
Your official title will be based on the department you are working in, such as Instructional Design Superstar, which indicates your role in creating effective and accessible educational experiences.
Throughout the program, you will learn how to be a Superstar in your role and make a difference in the lives of our learners.

You will receive various benefits from the Superstar experience as a reward for completing your program. These include:
Permission to list 24/7 Teach as a previous position or company will enhance your professional profile.
A letter of recommendation and LinkedIn recommendation.

5.4 Performance Evaluation
As a 24/7 Team Member and Professional, you will be evaluated and scored on a 100-point scale considering several factors. These include your skills, effort, content knowledge, and habits. Here's a breakdown of what each of these categories involves:
Communication Skills: Your communication skills will be evaluated based on how effectively you communicate with team members and other stakeholders. Your work product will be assessed based on its quality and the level of skill it demonstrates. Advocacy refers to your ability to advocate for yourself and others, as well as your ability to create, provide, and receive value.
Putting your Best Effort: Your attendance and participation in team and individual meetings will be evaluated and scored. This includes both in-person and virtual meetings. Your attendance and participation in company-wide meetings will also be assessed and scored. This includes town hall meetings, all-hands meetings, and other company-wide events.
Content Knowledge: Your usability and effectiveness in applying what you have learned will be evaluated and scored. This includes how well you can use new skills or knowledge in your work and how effectively you can solve problems.
Evaluation: Your time management and self-regulation will be evaluated and scored. This includes your ability to manage your time effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. Active learning and self-motivation reflect your ability to stay engaged in education and to take initiative in your work.
Reflection and teaching involve your ability to reflect on your work and learning, as well as your ability to explain feedback to others clearly and constructively.
By evaluating you based on these factors, 24/7 Teach aims to assess your performance as a team member and professional comprehensively. This will help you identify areas where you excel and areas where you may need to focus more attention to grow and develop in your role.
5.5 Superstar Learning Presentation
Here at 24/7 Teach, we believe that reflection is a critical component of the learning process. It allows you to review your progress, identify strengths and areas for improvement, and integrate new knowledge into your professional practice.
Through the Superstar Learning presentation, you will have the opportunity to showcase your growth as a 24/7 Superstar. This will help you solidify your learning and celebrate your achievements.

You will have the chance to present the projects you have completed during your Superstar Experience. This will allow you to demonstrate your skills and capabilities to your peers and leaders and receive feedback on your work.

5.6 Google Onboarding Tasks

To get started, please log into your 24/7 Teach Google account and locate your Google Calendar.
Next, add your start and end dates to your 24/7 Google Calendar and share the appointments with recruitment@247education.org. If you're unsure, remember to verify your end date with your team lead.
This will ensure that your team and the recruitment team know your timeline and can plan accordingly.In your Google Calendar entry, please include:
Your first name, and last name starts Superstar Program starts or ends at 9 am est, today’s date.
Your first name, last name Superstar Program ends at 9 pm, est, 90 days or 120 from today’s date.
Professional Portfolio
One important aspect of being a 24/7 Superstar is creating a professional portfolio. This portfolio should showcase your work and achievements during your time with the company.
To get started, you should create a folder in your 24/7 Google Drive with your name on it and share it with recruitment@247education.org. This folder will serve as your initial portfolio and should be used to store all of your work for the company.
