8.1 What is the Earn While You Learn Program?

The Earn While You Learn Program

 

Earn While You Learn is a way to earn money by providing value for 24/7 Teach.

  • Any team members enrolled in 24/7 courses who demonstrate their skills and competence, will be assigned tasks eligible for compensation.

  • Though you are not required to participate, we encourage you to do so. It’s a great way to give back to the organization, gain personal recognition, and earn money. 

 

There are three ways to earn in the program: (Click the image below to learn more)

Content Creation

  • If you're a budding writer, illustrator, or digital content creator, you will potentially be assigned to projects from which you can earn a commission or contract payment and be able to monetize your talent.

    • Commission: Earn 15% - 50% of the revenue generated by your content every time your educational material is used by 24/7 Teach.

    • Contract: Earn up to $50 an hour as a 24/7 Instructional Design Freelancer working on our corporate partner projects.

 
 
 

Mentorship 

  • Team members with special expertise and a desire to guide others may be invited to become 24/7 Teach Mentors.

  • Mentors earn up to $75 per hour helping team members to navigate 24/7 Teach boot camps and other educational programs

Ambassador Program

  • If you excel at networking, consider joining the Ambassador Program also known as our Affiliate Program.

  • Ambassadors who promote 24/7 Teach’s innovative learning programs can earn up to $1600 in commissions.

The Earn While You Learn program provides meaningful earning opportunities while team members continue to grow and learn. With 24/7 Teach, learning never stops – and now, neither does earning!
