What we're building
24/7 Teach combines human-led teaching with AI-facilitated practice to help teens get into selective colleges, help adults transition into Instructional Design and AI-fluent roles, and help organizations train their teams faster than traditional L&D can.
Our team is small, remote, and intentional. Every intern works on real client deliverables, not class exercises — and every full-time hire owns outcomes from day one.
How we work
- Remote-first. Async by default, with 3+ live touchpoints per week.
- Performance-based. We hire on what you can ship, not where you went to school.
- Learning out loud. All interviews and key sessions are recorded so the whole team gets sharper.
- Mission first. If you can't see how your work moves the mission, we'll change the work.

Open internships
We're hiring interns across product, instructional design, content, and operations.
How we hire: We only fill full-time roles from
within — either our interns or our graduates. If a full-time
role is what you ultimately want, the internship is the door. We
also only interview applicants who can start within 30 days.
Curriculum & Content Intern
Research, draft, and edit course materials for teen and adult programs. Best fit: strong writers with teaching or tutoring experience.
