Earn access to expert college counseling, career mentorship, professional development, and real-world project experience while contributing to meaningful work at 24/7 Teach.
The Teen Superstar Ambassador Fellowship is designed for rising high school seniors, graduating seniors, and college-bound students who are serious about college success, leadership, community impact, and professional growth. Fellows receive expert guidance while contributing to the 24/7 Teach community through ambassador leadership, peer engagement, reflection, service, and project-based work.
This is a selective, merit-based fellowship for students who are ready to show initiative, communicate with integrity, build something meaningful, and lead by example.
What we ask in return
This is earned, not given. As a Superstar Ambassador you share your honest experience (always disclosing that you are a Fellow), support events and peer engagement, and complete real project work. It is not a paid job and there are no commissions — the program and the experience are the reward.
Why this fellowship exists
At 24/7 Teach, we believe college preparation should do more than help students submit applications. It should help students discover who they are, clarify where they are going, and develop the confidence, discipline, and leadership skills needed to succeed in college and beyond.
The Teen Superstar Ambassador Fellowship gives selected students access to high-quality college and career mentorship while also providing a meaningful leadership, professional development, and project-based experience they can speak about in essays, interviews, resumes, and future opportunities.
Fellows do not simply receive support. They earn it by showing up, leading, serving, and representing the values of 24/7 Teach.

What Fellows do
Superstar Ambassador Fellows serve as student leaders and representatives of 24/7 Teach. As part of the fellowship, students may participate in activities such as:
- Sharing their college preparation journey
- Supporting 24/7 Teach events, webinars, or student engagement efforts
- Creating reflections, testimonials, or approved content about their experience
- Encouraging other students to take college and career preparation seriously
- Participating in leadership and career-readiness activities
- Completing assigned ambassador, service, or community engagement projects
- Meeting regularly with 24/7 Teach for coaching, planning, and accountability
Fellows are never expected to pressure peers, make exaggerated claims, or promote 24/7 Teach in a way that feels dishonest or uncomfortable. All ambassador activity must reflect integrity, professionalism, and respect.
Whenever Fellows share testimonials, content, or their experience publicly, they always disclose that they are a Superstar Ambassador Fellow receiving the program at no cost. We teach you exactly how.
With your permission — and your parent or guardian’s permission if you are under 18 — we may feature your name, story, or photo in program materials. You can withdraw that permission at any time.

Fellows should expect to commit approximately 7 hours per week to the fellowship. A typical week may include:
- 1–2 hours of college counseling, coaching, or application planning
- 2–3 hours of ambassador, service, or community engagement project work
- 1–2 hours of reflection, communication, event support, or peer engagement
- Additional time as needed for application work, deadlines, or approved fellowship activities
