Articulate modules, AI-narrated micro-learning, ILT facilitator kits, performance support.
A career-change bootcamp for educators, trainers, and L&D professionals — with two tracks that share a foundation and split into the work you actually want to do. AI workflows woven through every project.
“The school year is not over yet, and I already have two ID job offers.”
Two tracks · one bootcamp
The first two months are shared — adult and youth learning theory, AI fluency, assessment design, learning sciences. Then you specialize. Both tracks share the same Job Guarantee.

Is this bootcamp right for you?
We turn applicants away when the fit isn't right. Better that than a refund 12 months in. Read both columns before applying.
What you'll build
Not exercises. Not case studies. Real briefs from real partners — the same things you'll show in your first interview, or use to land your first customer.
A 20–30 minute interactive course built in Articulate Rise or Storyline, scoped from a real SME interview.
A 5-part Synthesia or Vyond series, scripted, voiced, and assembled with AI workflows you'll use on the job day one.
A workflow-embedded reference designed for a real role — quick-reference card, decision tree, or in-app helper.
A 90-minute instructor-led training kit: facilitator script, learner workbook, slide deck, post-session assessment.
End-to-end design: needs analysis, learning objectives, multi-modal curriculum, evaluation plan. Delivered to a real partner organization.
Curriculum · what you will learn
Four phases shared across both tracks — built around the 24/7 Performance-Based Learning Model and our Agile ID Sprint process. Plus track-specific specialization in Months 3–5 (shown below the phases).
What the learning experience is actually like — three learners rating the bootcamp, in their own words.
Track specialization · Months 3–5
After Foundations, your weekly project work specializes to your track. Different tools, different briefs, different placement pipeline — same Slack, same mentorship structure, same guarantee.
AI fluency · in this role
You'll graduate fluent in the workflows reshaping the field — not as a replacement for craft, but as a force multiplier on judgment.
Use AI to synthesize SME transcripts, scrape internal docs into learning maps, and surface gaps faster — so you spend more time on judgment, less on transcription.
AI-narrated video, AI-generated practice items, AI-drafted scenarios. You'll produce in a week what used to take a quarter — without sacrificing instructional quality.
The judgment moments — alignment to objectives, learner empathy, edge-case scenarios — stay yours. We train both halves, hard.
Move fluently across Articulate, Storyline, Synthesia, Figma, and the AI stack. The skill is the workflow, not the vendor — so you ship strong work regardless of which tools your client picked.
A week in the program
Three live sessions a week — Tuesday and Thursday evenings, plus Saturday morning. Everything else is async, scheduled around your life. Three kinds of work each week: Weekly Readings, Course Work, and Real-World Project Work. 1:1 mentorship is scheduled around your week — not ours.
Advanced tier · Job Guarantee
Complete the Advanced track on time. Attend every live session. Submit every milestone. Apply to a target list of roles weekly through placement. If 12 months pass and you haven't been hired, we refund your tuition. Eligibility defined in writing on day one — no fine-print games. And support doesn't stop at the signed offer — your mentor coaches you through the negotiation, your first 90 days on the job, and promotion positioning after that.
Next cohort starts on the 1st or 3rd Tuesday of the month.

Laura Campion, M.Ed. · Learning & Development Leader, Pfizer
Her arc, start to finish: classroom teacher → 24/7 Teach ID Bootcamp → first instructional-design role (“I got the job!!” — her five-star review is below) → L&D leader at Pfizer. Don't take our word for it — she said it publicly, on her own profile.
“Everything I wanted and more.”
I've finished my 90 days at the company! I love going to work everyday. It's such a wonderful change and I work with wonderful people! I've been given two products that I service. I work alongside tech writers and SMEs. I've also been given two extra projects — I'm working on a consultant training to help boost client engagement, and I'm testing an AI chatbot that's being incorporated into one of our loan servicing platforms. I've been tasked to "try to break it." I was voluntold to work on that bc they refer to me as "the prompt engineer." I believe that pulled that label straight from my resume haha.

“I got the job!! The SVP gave me a verbal 2 thumbs up and said he can't wait to work with me!! It's surreal. Thank you so much for all your help 24/7 Teach!”
“I wanted to say thank you for all you did to help me prepare for a role as a curriculum developer. This transition out of the classroom has been filled with a lot of personal and professional growth through 24/7 Teach. I am still with Heggerty, and I am absolutely loving what I am doing.”
“I came in as a full-time teacher with no idea how to break into instructional design. The weekly coaching, interview prep, and portfolio work got me there. I left teaching and started my new career as an instructional designer at a university.”
“I got offered a Senior Instructional Design role, and I wouldn't have landed it without everything I learned at 24/7 Teach. The interview practice, the take-home assignment coaching, the salary negotiation guidance, all of it prepared me. I went from teaching myself the field to a senior role.”
“In my very first week at my new instructional design role, I was handed a client project to build from scratch. I used the analysis skills I learned at 24/7 Teach, and my manager was all praise. In the kickoff meeting, the client's subject matter expert said my document had everything he wanted to see and loved how I sequenced the content. I was able to add value from day one, and I have 24/7 Teach to thank for that.”
“The skills I developed with 24/7 allowed me to stand out in my interview with GoGuardian and I got the job. Thank you 24/7 Teach!”
Next cohort starts on the 1st or 3rd Tuesday of the month.
How we compare
You have real alternatives, and some of them are free. This is the honest comparison we walk through on admissions calls — pay attention to the two rows nobody else can match: paid work before you're hired, and mentorship after.

Common questions
The questions we answer most often on first calls. Answered here so your first call with us is a better one.
The 24/7 Teach Instructional Design Bootcamp is a career-change program for educators, trainers, and L&D professionals, with two tracks: Instructional Design (corporate L&D, EdTech, training) and Curriculum Development (K-12, higher ed, publishing). Superstars build a five-project portfolio using AI-augmented workflows, receive 1:1 mentorship from working practitioners, and have been hired at Apple, Google, Heggerty, McGraw Hill, and 200+ other employers. The Advanced tier carries a job-placement guarantee within 12 months or a full tuition refund.
No. Most of our Superstars come from teaching, training, content, or program management. The bootcamp is built for career-changers — we meet you where you are.
You don't have to choose on day one. The first two months are shared foundations — adult and youth learning theory, AI fluency, assessment design, learning sciences. You pick your track at the end of Foundations, after you've seen what each direction actually looks like. Admissions also helps you choose during the application call.
Articulate Rise + Storyline (the corporate ID standard), Synthesia + HeyGen for AI video, ElevenLabs for voice, Figma for visual design, and the AI workflow stack — ChatGPT, Claude, Claude Design, and Lovable. Curriculum Developers also work in standards-alignment tools and unit-planning frameworks. Tool-agnostic mastery is the goal.
Complete Advanced on time, attend every live session, submit every portfolio milestone, apply to a target list of roles each week through placement. If 12 months pass and you haven't been hired, we refund your tuition. Covers both tracks.
It is the single biggest factor. The 5-project portfolio is built around real briefs from real partners — corporate SMEs for ID, district and publisher partners for CD. When you walk into an interview, you're showing real work, not exercises.
Only through the Earn-While-You-Learn program, which is Advanced-only and selective: partner briefs come in waves, and we match them to Superstars who are ready. Treat paid projects as something you can earn, not something you're owed. Separately, every tier includes an internship placement after your first four months — the internship is unpaid, but it's real client experience that goes straight into your portfolio.
Elevate and Advanced Superstars get 1:1 mentorship from working practitioners — average 12+ years industry experience, currently practicing in the field you're entering (corporate ID for ID-track Superstars, K-12 curriculum design for CD-track Superstars).
Absolutely. Essentials and Elevate are part-time (~6–7 hrs/week). Advanced has a 5-month full-time track and a 10-month part-time track (~10–12 hrs/week) for working professionals.
Simple: if you're unhappy for any reason within your first 7 days from enrollment, email admissions@247teach.org and you get a full refund, less a $200 non-refundable registration fee, back to your original payment method. After the 7-day window, the outcome-based guarantee takes over — do the work, hit the written milestones, and if the promised outcome doesn't happen, your tuition is refunded under terms you receive in writing on day one. Read the full refund policy.
