A working partnership · for teams figuring it out

Let's figure out what your team actually needs.

Most teams know roughly what they want; they need a partner to pressure-test it, scope it honestly, and ship something their people will actually use. We start with a 30-minute call and a written read on whether we're right for you.

What we offer

Four services, one engagement.

Most partners start with one and stack the others over 12–18 months as their program matures. You can start anywhere.

01.

Custom curriculum and training design

Bootcamps, certificate tracks, and re-skilling programs customized for your organization.

  • Scoping sprint to map goals
  • Content co-designed with your SMEs
  • Delivered in-person, online, or blended
02.

Professional development for schools

PD sessions that respect educator time and produce artifacts they can use Monday morning.

  • Workshops and PLCs
  • Job-embedded coaching
  • Facilitator playbooks handed off
03.

Strategic consulting

Program design, rollout planning, and evaluation — for teams that know what and need help with how.

  • Strategy and roadmap
  • Implementation planning
  • Outcomes evaluation
04.

AI-powered solutions

Co-designed AI tools that accelerate real workflows — shipped to production, owned by your team.

  • AI customization
  • Workflow automation
  • Staff upskilling on the tool

How we work

A nine-week shape, tuned to your actual timeline.

The engagement ends when you don't need us. Shorter is fine. Longer only if the mission requires it.

Step 01 Week 1

Scoping sprint

Discovery interviews with your team. We map goals, constraints, and the real workflow — not the one on paper.

Step 02 Weeks 2–3

Co-design

We draft curriculum and tooling with your SMEs. You approve or redline. Nothing ships without your sign-off.

Step 03 Weeks 4–8

Deliver

Sessions run live. Artifacts get built. Every cohort produces something working — a plan, a tool, a rollout.

Step 04 Week 9+

Hand-off

Internal champions identified. Playbooks handed off. Light-touch check-ins on schedule. You run it from here.

Case studies

Dollars, hours, and live systems.

Three engagements, three different verticals, the same operating principle: co-design with the client, hand-off the running system.

How we make decisions

Four principles we won't compromise.

The shortlist we'd rather lose a deal over than soften.

Co-designed, not off-the-shelf

Every engagement starts with a scoping sprint so the curriculum and tooling ship against your goals, not our template.

Human Led, AI Facilitated

Humans stay in charge of judgment and craft. AI accelerates the workflow around them — never the other way around.

Outcomes over outputs

We measure in placements made, hours returned, and live systems — not attendance, NPS, or slide count. What changed in the world is the only thing that counts.

We plan for our own exit

Success means your team runs the system without us. Every engagement includes a hand-off plan from day one.

Common questions

Before you get on the call.

The questions we answer most often on first calls — answered here so your first call with us is a better one.

How do engagements typically start?

With a 30-minute call and a two-week scoping sprint. The sprint produces a written proposal with scope, timeline, and pricing. If we're not the right partner, we'll tell you on that first call.

What does it cost?

Pricing scales with scope, audience size, and length — from short PD engagements to multi-year district rollouts. The two-week scoping sprint produces a written proposal with exact pricing before any commitment.

Do you handle procurement / RFPs?

Yes. We work with districts, state agencies, and corporate procurement regularly. We can respond to formal RFPs and handle the paperwork that comes with institutional funding.

How is data handled?

Your data stays with you. Our AI tools are deployed into your environment or ours with your data isolated. We sign BAAs, DPAs, and district-specific data agreements as required.

What about AI risk and governance?

Every AI deployment ships with an acceptable-use policy, human-in-the-loop checkpoints, and a governance framework tuned to your compliance needs.

How do you measure success?

We set outcome metrics in the scoping sprint and report against them at the end of every phase. Typical metrics: hours returned, dollars saved, learners served, artifacts produced.

Two ways to start

Let's co-design something that ships.

Every partnership starts with a 30-minute call. We map your goal, sketch a rollout, and tell you honestly whether we're the right partner.

Request a proposal

For teams with a defined scope, timeline, or RFP. We'll respond with a written proposal within 10 business days.

Book a consultation

For teams still shaping the problem. A 30-minute working call — bring a goal, leave with a first-draft plan.

No pitch deck. No boilerplate. Just your problem and our honest read on it.
