Our refund policy is pretty simple:
If you’re unhappy with the program in the first 7 days from your enrollment date, you can simply cancel for a full refund — less a $200 non-refundable registration fee.
To request a cancellation, email admissions@247teach.org within 7 days of your enrollment date. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method.
Beyond the 7-day window, every program also includes our outcome-based guarantees: the Learn–Do–Be Guarantee on every program, the Job-Placement Guarantee on advanced career bootcamps, and the College-Acceptance Guarantee on advanced college-counseling tracks. If you complete the program, do the work, and don’t hit the agreed-on milestones, you get your tuition refunded. Eligibility for each guarantee is defined in writing on day one — no fine-print games.
